Looking for the best city to explore during fall? I’m in Québec City, the capital of the Canadian province, which is decorated for Halloween and the trees are filled with fall foliage along the Plains of Abraham. I explore Québec City’s best museums, cafes, and historic sites.
Old Québec is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is a fortified city filled with winding cobblestone streets, Francophone culture, and towering cathedrals. I check out the Museum of Civilization, Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, and Immersion Quebec.
Since this is a solo trip, I discover the cozy wi-fi cafes in Old Québec followed by a walk through the Citadelle de Québec.
