Le Grand Marche in Québec City is a food hall meets farmers market with a diversity of local vendors including florists, cheesemakers, bakers, and brewers. SNO Microbrasserie Nordik is a brewery owned and operated by Daniel Lowing. This microbrewery focuses on using local ingredients to bring out the flavour profile of Québec.

A one-hour drive from Québec City, is Charlevoix. This area is home to many Québec producers including the award winning cheesemaker, Maison D’Affinage Mauric Dufour. At Les Labours restaurant in the Le Germain Hotel, Chef Alexi Jegou utilizes local ingredients from Québec farmers to create international cuisines.

Île d’Orléans is a region known for blackcurrants and strawberries. Cassis Monna & Filles is the first producer of blackcurrants on a large scale in Québec. Owner, Anne Monna-Lamarre discusses cassis and provides a tasting.
