Quebec City is full of European style and cuisine, but also has the friendliness and quality of life that makes Canada one of our favorite countries. We stayed at Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, which was absolutely gorgeous.
Some of the attractions we visited included:
– Montmorency Falls
– Aquarium of Quebec
– Dufferin Terrace
– Rue du Petit Champlain
– Benjo toy store
– Mega Parc
– The Old Port of Quebec
– Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church
– The Old Quebec Funiculuar
We spent an entire day at l’Ile d’Orleans. If you’re not familiar, Ile d’Orleans is an island that’s part of Quebec City where there are lots of farmers and artisans that produce delicacies special to the region. Here are all the places we visited on the island:
– Choclaterie de l’Ile d’Orleans
– Confiturerie Tigidou
– Ferme Leonce Plante
– Cassis Monna & Filles
Quebec City food is pretty incredible. Here’s where we ate:
– La Buche
– Cassis Monna & Filles
– Ciel! Bistro-Bar
– Le Cochon Dingue
– Bistro le Sam
